Working with cloud 9 hosting has taken our phone system to a whole other level. We’re able to capture phones when we’re not in the salon that could lead to potential clients. The best part is being able to assign staff to accept text & fb messages and calls from clients but also allowing the estheticians message clients from our salon phone number directly from their cell phone.
