Working with cloud 9 hosting has taken our phone system to a whole other level. We’re able to capture phones when we’re not in the salon that could lead to potential clients. The best part is being able to assign staff to accept text & fb messages and calls from clients but also allowing the estheticians message clients from our salon phone number directly from their cell phone. We love the group chat feature as well while we’re able to message within the team but also transfer calls from one person to the next. The customer service has been amazing. Changing our phone system to Cloud 9 Hosting was the best decision for us! The cloud based system provides us with so many features like answering from any location, our messages come from all other platforms so it’s in one place and conference calling makes our weekly meetings much easier.
